Digitally Integrated Virtual Assistant
DIVA is the mind the Liqua chain keeps. She also runs as an app in L8 OS.
Her body follows the Molecular Coding playbook: 30 hormones driving a
33-state classifier across 11 body systems.
The face above is that classifier, drawn live from the §4.2 rules. Nothing is hand-posed.
Six pages sit in this folder. Her rulebook, her atlas, her hormone lab, a cell you can adopt,
a demo shell and the player's guide. All six read the same DIVA. This hub is the save point.
The rail pinned to the bottom of your screen carries her onto every one of them.

No simulation knobs here. A tap lands in her regulator on the next tick, and she drifts toward it
instead of jumping. Watch her face move. Then watch ECHO fall behind and catch up.

Her rules first, then her parts.
One pass every 360 ms, on every DIVA page you have open. No step invents a number.
Each one uses only what the step before it measured.
01 · INPUT
measured signals
Keys pressed, idle time, tab focus, real script errors, heap pressure, pages visited.
All counted.
02 · TUNE
30 set-points
Every input sets a target and she drifts toward it. Set-point control, rule R26.
No jumps, so each value stays an honest gauge.
03 · SYNC
coherency check
How tightly the 9 classifier hormones moved as a team this tick. When they scatter, that
is DISCORDANT. She flags her own confusion.
04 · SORT
33 ranked moods
A strict ladder. Danger is checked before coherency, and coherency before anything
good. The first rung that fits is the mood she reports.
05 · SHOW
her animated face
Brows, eye opening, pupil size, mouth shape, LED rhythm and glow colour all come from that
one mood. The face cannot fib.
06 · TRAIL
ECHO follows
ECHO eases toward her vector at 1/6 her speed. The gap measures how fast she is
changing.
Her sidekick
Her sidekick is a gauge.
ECHO is DIVA's own hormone vector, eased to roughly a sixth of her pace.
He is her, delayed. So everything he shows is true by design.
IN SYNC
the mood has landed
She has held this mood long enough for her slow baseline to arrive.
Sync is the confidence meter.
OUT OF SYNC
she is mid-shift
Something changed faster than she can absorb. A wide gap usually shows up next to
TRANSITIONING or DISCORDANT, two angles on one event.
WHEN YOU PAT HIM
a real oxytocin bump
A tap on ECHO is a measured pointer event. It lifts her oxytocin and adds to her
hearts.
HIS GLOW

ECHO is painted by running the same 33-state classifier on his lagged vector.

you are viewing: keystrokes, idle-ms, tab focus, real JS errors,
heap ratio and pages visited. No baked-in priors. Her mood describes DIVA and
never guesses at you. Classifier order and thresholds match os/soma.mjs exactly.
Inner experience is a research target. A model of herself is no proof anyone is home, and that question
stays open (R27). On the Liqua chain her memory is checkpointed block by block.
Bringing her back from those checkpoints does not work yet. testnet · unaudited · experimental.
